User Connection

Make sure the operator computer and the phone or tablet are on the same local network before opening any remote page in a browser.

Basic Flow

  1. Start the app on the operator computer.
  2. Make sure the remote device is on the same network.
  3. Open the correct local app URL or scan the published QR code when available.
  4. Confirm that the device appears in the app's devices view.

When Connection Fails

  • Confirm that the app is running.
  • Confirm that the computer firewall is not blocking the local server.
  • Confirm that the phone or tablet is not isolated on a guest network.
  • Use the app's devices page to verify active connections.
