Use the same portal account that manages your app license. If the app is in trial mode or asks for activation, finish that step first and then return to the documentation workflow.

Basic Flow

1. Open the sign-in flow from the app.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Complete the verification or activation step.
4. Return to the app and confirm that the correct license tier is active.

What To Check

• Confirm that the app is linked to the expected account.
• Confirm that the license tier and any available feature badge look correct.
• If the app remains in trial mode unexpectedly, open the troubleshooting page and send logs.
