11- Optimization
- Use a USB3 port for capture devices (USB2 is not enough for stable 1080p).
- Run low frame-rate capture for stability (23.976 / 24 / 25 fps) and match app FPS to camera FPS.
- Use shutter speed around 1/25 for these frame rates.
- Enable high performance power mode and set display to 1920x1080 on slower machines.
- Close heavy background apps (Adobe Creative Cloud, cloud sync clients, etc.).
- Use frame debug (F) to monitor dropped frames and reduce resolution to 720p if needed.
In summary, target low FPS at 1080p and keep camera and software frame rates synchronized.
